Have tried going to wwi arena but log into it and get disconnected .  Main arena works fine

This usually means there is some type of port blocking at your end, or some type of anti-xxxx software is interfering with the game.

The game uses a range of 2000-7000 for ports, for both TCP and UDP.  They are randomly assigned.
