Lamina,

I sent AKNimitz an admonishing e-mail and will do the same to that F4 flying dweeb duckwing6.  They are both total loners and never help anyone out... its been known for years and I'm glad someone has finally spoken out about it.

Did you know Nimitz is a lawyer?

Just to back up this point...

One time I was flying on the NDIsles map defending the port in the northwest corner.  I had AKLarry along for "help".  Well... I got very little help.  Virtually every engagement involved him zooming into the verticle while a con chased him, allowing me a very easy kill.  Not once did AKLarry even attempt to bring his cannons on the enemy planes.

Then... when I had an enemy right behind me closing to within 200 yards... and was just getting ready for my "try to hit my profile" maneuver... AKLarry hops right in and steals the kill.  3 times he did it in that same sortie.

He even finished the damn thing off by RTB'n to base with me... it was so patronizing.

The bastard.

[edit]replaced "nimitz" with "AKLarry"... even though they are the same person... much like lamina and animal... except Nimitz showers[/edit]

I have flown in support of more than a few missions with the AKs and have enjoyed Larry's support many times.

I hope you're happy lamina.. this just came down from our CO:

Quote
AKs,

Due to an incident reported on the BBS in regards to failure to jump to the rescue of a complete Tard, AKLarry is now under disciplinary review.

It has been determined that AKLarry must quit AH to go and live with his father in order to get his priorities straight.  Upon giving up on that, he must return to the forum with both his original ID and a backwards iteration of it.  He can only use the alternate ID when making mindnumbingly stupid posts.

That is all.

AKCurly, CO, Arabian Knights AH Squadron

Fortunately, we recieved this shortly thereafter that message:

Quote
AKs,

The realization that AKLarry is my son and that the sentance would result in him moving back home, I hereby drop all charges against AKLarry and deem his actions toward a complete tard as perfectly acceptable.  I encourage everyone else to treat all FDBs in the same manner.

That is all
AKCurly, CO, Arabian Knights AH Squadron

<disclaimer>the quotes from AKCurly are paraphrased based on e-mail that may or may not have been sent out... most likely they weren't</disclaimer>

Shucks, I forgot to read the funnies today but I see I got them all covered in here!

Well, so much for wondering who Rude's gonna nominate for Whine of the Week.

Cool. I used to have a brother that flew warbirds with me. Having a father/son team would really be fun.

Now when I look back on that F4UC incident, I see why curly and nimitz jumped on me with such ferocity. The father/son tag team.

Family blood involved there.  :)

Ak who?
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.
