Custom arenas seem to be locked up

I created a custom arena, but it seems to be locked up (won't let me in).  I can't get in to delete it.

There was another custom arena with status of "closed" as well.

I just made a custom arena, entered, spawned to runway, exited, reentered arena, spawned to runway. No problems.
