WWII tanks found in Iraq

I found this youtube video on some WWII tanks found in Iraq. At the 1:58 mark, there is a picture of what looks like a Sherman chassis with a Panther turret on it.  :eek: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QnBh3CihERA
