Auto download of skins gets stuck..

this is a problem for me..

auto download of skins gets to a certain one & hangs.. & won't download any others at all..

it's been stuck on b17-16 for ever now & will not go any further..

& without a mass download file, I stuck to the website d/l'ing them 1 by 1..

Please!! make a file available of all 'approved skins'..

it's a small problem but when the FSO comes & my squaddies tell me to fly "so&so skin", I can't ..

It is probably not actually stuck.  The bomber skins are four times larger than the other skins, so they will take quite a bit longer to download.

We do not provide one file with all the skins for several reasons.  It becomes a serious video RAM resource problem when you encounter a high volume of different skins.   That one reason is why we encourage players to chose skins they really want to see.

Not to say Skuzzy is wrong, but I have found this sometimes happens to me too (not just bomber skins), what I've found is, if you go into your skins folder and delete the one you're stuck on, the downloader will start a fresh download of that skin, and it will work

That can happen as well, especially if the game is abormally terminated (i.e. disco).
