Erm, I don't think anybody was exonerating the Imperial Japanese for their crimes....
no, just questioning the idea that Japanese thought the Jews would be economically useful in an area where there weren't many Jews and yet they executed hundreds of thousands of soldiers and civilians who who could have been really useful.
