My way = artery hardening goodness (recipe below)
slice almost all the way through leaving a small amount attached.... fold back top, lather with butter and fill with a kilo of bacon... share if you must (serving suggestion only)
PS Jimmy ...... you're in NZ now...it is a roll.....Doesn't matter what it is elsewhere...if you walk into the bakery and ask for anything else you will be looked at funnier than you are now
Mind you...you don't want to get it confused with a long roll
