Wednesday night WW1 night is just in it's infancy. So far two have happened with average 7-9 a side for an hour. I suspect it will take a consistent following, rather than promising daddy you will suddenly get everyone to love the WW1 arena if he gives you a shiny new Porsche.

One or two new planes might improve the chances of a long running WW1 Wed night in a chicken or an egg kind of investment. The AvA keeps chugging along because of the loving efforts of a dedicated few. The same is possible for the WW1 arena.

What's the best WW1 matchup?
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

It could be VERY fun

You we need goals/targets to achieve.

The most valuable strategic asset of WW1 is recon. So it should probably be flying a recon missions and attempts to prevent them. We have some "dual-seaters" for recon so it can be quite doable and fun.

So some simulation of reconnaissance should be done the way it would actually be fun (not just fly to area 12,11,3) but actually detect some unknown stuff...

The lack of the SPAD XIII and one of the Nieuports is outright criminal.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Not being the WW1 afficianado, I ask again, what are the best ww1 matchups we can do with our plane set?
