Axis Orders foul up
« on: August 16, 2014, 12:32:41 AM »
QcareCH is a seasoned CiC and has done very well with this task in the past. Unfortunately, this weeks orders were riddled with mistakes and they created a lot of unnecessary chaos in the moments leading up to launching. He has been hard pressed with personal issues this past week which made it that much more difficult to concentrate on this task. These personal reasons are also why he was unable to fly tonight. Prior to the fields being opened, I had to bounce back and forth between the desk top and SEA to figure things out and get everyone squared away. I was also calling Qcare left and right because I am his back up if he's unable to make it. We have discussed what went wrong and how we can avoid having this happen again in the future. I was not expecting to lead tonight, but that's how it turned out and as Qcare's back up, I take full responsibility. Please do not blame any other member of the 364th CHawks. This all falls on me and I'm sorry if you did not enjoy this frame. This will not happen again.

The GunFighters had fun and mistakes happen. I have yet to have any plans that my staff and I have ever made up on any mission go as planned. No matter how hard we try to cover all aspects of the mission, some part usually goes FUBAR, that's half the fun. In real war it's the same way, and we are trying to simulate real war as close as possible.
