Mini-itx gaming box?
« on: October 06, 2014, 02:37:27 PM »
Anybody ever built one of these? My Dell xps died, and I really don't want to deal with another gaming laptop, used or new.

This thing looks like it could fit the bill, for far less than a laptop (just need a case to carry it in) I'm leaning toward the "cube" plan, as standard power supplies fit in those.

Wow, that kid is more anal with his pc's than I am with my Harley (and THAT is saying something) I was gonna go with the Asus tho ( Z97 series) (Gigabyte's version seems to have tons wifi issues, and I'm an Asus fan anyhow)

Oh I know...just saw that link minutes before I saw this post. Seems you can pretty much put any components into the mini itx boxes...just very pressed for extra space.
