AH is a wonderful place! I've met and made friends with some of the best people here,  from the first day I played I've felt at home with the game and it's great players, I've made many military friends while in the service   I consider the friends I've made here as equal to those, many of them served as well, others still serve, in one form or another, police/ fire/ reserves/ medicine, my time in the game feels like an extension of my time in the military in many ways,
I'm happy to help and train new players, and try not to get to rattled when someone gets all bent out of shape because I killed their cartoon Tank or plane because I understand the amount of Emersion you feel if your really into the whole lifestyle!

I've met A half dozen different players in person and will soon be headed to HTC headquarters to make sure the Pershing gets built,,  ( case of scotch) :noid,,,,,,,,, or just to check the place out and see another great friend I've made in the game,, and eat some darn good catfish at catfish o'harley's on the way!
I'll be back in the game in a week or so,( harvest time here),, good luck and good hunting!
Flying since tour 71.

Very cool post!!  Occasionally, I've had negative experiences in AH with other players but I chalk it up to AH's hidden gem game immersion.  Some folks just get so into the experience they loose their freaking minds.  Otherwise, they're children or they're just pissed (UK English  :) ).  99.9% of the time I have a positive experience with the game and it's been this way since the early 2000's.

Who or What is this "Eve" everyone is talking about? :headscratch:

I think it's a space ship or space station space war space strategy game that takes place in space.

lol yeah, EVEonline is pretty bad; it would be a stretch to call it a community. Ive played a few MMOs and still play World of Warcraft with the wife, they all have a much younger average player age. I can say AH hands-down has the "best" (i.e. coolest, mature, interesting) players of any of MMO.

The only reason this community is awesome is because Skuzzy rules these forums with an iron fist.
