Penobscot is a Maine Native American word and the name of the County I live in....fwiw Hawkeye was from the fictional town of Crabapple Cove Maine.
I remember Klinger always talked about being from Toledo. I used to watch it during high school years every night from 10 to 1030 before lights out pretty religiously.My favorite episode is where Hawkeye was on the bus and kept having PTSD flashbacks about the women silencing her chicken to keep them from being heard by the NKs (it was actually her child). Pretty good acting, showing something as stated, PTSD, that wasn't called that back then (shell shock or whatever). I still watch it on occasion online. Good stuff.
