A few set up notes about the PTO Slugfest:

In an effort to promote field capture, for Monday night troop counts for capture will be reduced slightly while downtimes will be increased slightly.

Radar:
Full enemy and friendly dot dar with a ten second update delay. The logic here is we're trying to offer combat in a low icon environment while at the same time not making it overly difficult to find a fight. Full dot dar allows a player to find a fight, but the delay prevents radar from being used as a GPS to put you on the bad guys six. An aircraft can easily travel 1000 yds between updates and factoring directional changes plus no enemy icons what you end up is a radar picture that does a decent job of just getting you to the action.

No radar coverage below 200ft and reduced base flashing distances. In a low number arena like the AvA, this gives the single bomber / jabo pilot a reasonable chance of making it to the target without getting intercepted. Since this requires staying below 200ft, once alerted defenders still have a chance to roll and intercept because a lengthy climb out is not needed.

Sector dar off. With full dot dar enabled sector dar would seem to be redundant. Also, some of the AvA custom maps register a single "bar" over more than one sector which can be confusing.
