Timing is everything in those crossing snapshots. you most likely will only have the chance to fire one tater on target in a crossing snapshot..
Dead 6 shots are extremely hard to hit without precise aim. With a target that is evading in a dead 6 shot it's very unlikely you will hit unless you are very accustomed to large calibre slow RoF gunnery. Get your convergence exactly where you want it and then test the ballistics so you can get a feel for the pre-convergence rise and the post convergence drop.
However, sometimes it just works, even at 700 yards
