What is keeping EW and the MW (especially the MW arena) isn't the plane set but rather the game play by those regularly flying in both arenas.

Last time I logged into mid war, the mid war regulars were circling the airfield I started at in jeeps and halftracks.  Except the jeep in front had two paratroopers tied up like hood ornaments and the jeep's driver was wearing a hockey mask and rambling about how he was the humungus and I needed to surrender the base's fuel tanks in exchange for safe passage away from that airfield.

Maybe early war, but you're wrong about mid war; perk farmers are the minority. I split my time between mid and late. I earn more perks in late.

Lots of fun but small 3 on 3 battles in mW. I wouldn't spend time in there otherwise.

Sheesh.  Does not bode well for the side switch time reduction requests when and arena with a 1 hour rule can't or won' balance itself.

That's really a shame, Midwar is where we should all probably be flying to practice for the current scenario

No, it's really not. Bailing bombers and guys in cahoots killing each other is perk farming. It goes on, but we kill them and they go to early war.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but you guys are all on one side rolling bases and no one switches sides to fight, then when one poor soul comes in to appose you , you take great pleasure in ganging up on him until he leaves?  More than anything else what is the point in flying around without opposition and rolling bases?  I must be missing something here.  Is this something your "squad" does for practice, and if so, exactly what are you practicing for?  Late night MA where you can roll the bases with no opposition there too?

You're wrong and you're missing something, but you have your own version of what's correct and I mine, so I'm not correcting you (nice oxymoronic sentence huh?).

I don't really have a squad, just fly with the same guys. We're not practicing for anything, we don't have to practice fun, it just happens.

If you read my previous post, I said I have fun with 3 on 3 fights, nowhere did I say I enjoy rolling fields. There's less pilots, therefore less picking in there, so dogfights play out well. That's all there is to it.

Not sure how many of you gents were there, but about a month ago on a weekend morning LW arena was fragged and everyone was in MW......best fights in a long time 

I say we wish for new awkward shoes for Skuzzy, that way he trips on the LW server cord more often

Spent  a lot of time starting out in MW, great bunch of people for the most part.  Learned a lot, and as Buckshot said, Black70 and Shuffler were in the mix. AKAK spent time in there as well, used to drive me nuts with his "P-38" killing me every time we met. 
 We did on occasion have players from LW come in for perk farming, and rarely someone coming in with their "shade" account and padding their scores. They had a couple of bad eggs in MW last year, made me move to LW, got real tired of all the drama. Sill I love flying there with my buds Woody002, Striker1, Tonyjoey, Clean, Specter, and Norseman.

So if you don't like MW, Fine stay out, but don't mess with it. Its great just the way it is.
