Spitfire Mk VIII graphics bug

The low detail cockpit interior floor of the Spitfire Mk VIII is not visible when viewed externally, the terrain behind the aircraft shows up instead. This bug is visible both in the game and in the skin viewer.

The tailwheel is also bugged. It rotates outside the fuselage.
