Screen no full size

Recently had a virus fixed the problem and no my in game screen is not taking up the full screen but it used too.

Take a look at your video driver settings. There should be something for monitor properties and scaling.

Could try to hit Alt/Enter at the same time, once the game is running.
That should maximize the game.
