What do you think community Policing is going to do for you? Other then to take a bunch of connected 20 something cop's off the streets and into a safe B.S. office job where they can make rank like their Daddys did, by Politicking.
Those of us who actually are the Police laugh at that program. You really think they would help you get your tools back? If they'd wanted to be the Police in the first place they wouldnt even be in the CAP's program. They make their phone calls to get into CAP's so they dont have to make pinches or go to court.
