New Gaming System?
« on: February 14, 2015, 12:31:55 PM »
I was looking at the new Wii today, $299. Thought that was a bit of a hefty price. Still though I wanted to play the new Zelda game, I think. I know so little about gaming systems I wondered what game systems would be recommended. Let me know.

Thanks!

From what I've read Wii is pretty much dead and buried and Nintendo is not far behind. I haven't seen any new Wii but as far as the previous version went, way overpriced games in way underpowered console.

I still pay wii.  No new titles that I know of, but I have a few first person shooters, plus MLB 2008.  Also, we can get Netflix through the wii, so the kids can watch movies.  The kids like it so much we got a new one when the old one died.

I had TD build a couple of gaming rigs recently.

Seems to do a reasonably good job

The original Wii probably won't be getting any new tittles, but the Wii U is the newer version and from what I'm told they are still making games for it. It's processing power is about the same as an xbox 360 or PS3.
