Authorities tell CBS News that the man may have made a wrong turn onto the campus after an "all night bender."

Howard County police say the SUV used in this morning’s incident at the NSA was stolen from a hotel off of Route 1 in Jessup.   

An FBI spokeswoman said the incident was not believed to be linked to terrorism.

2 guys dressed as women with drugs in a stolen car...  Could be just a couple of druggie cross-dressers who took a wrong turn and didn't want to stop and have to explain to NSA gate guards what was going on.  Or maybe they're known criminals transporting drugs in disguise, and took a wrong turn.  If the car was stolen then that makes me think even more that it was a wrong turn and they thought challenging the gate was better than stopping and going to jail.  I'm guessing that stopping and taking their lumps would have been better than crashing the gate and getting shot, but we probably shouldn't expect normal decision making from 2 guys dressed like women with drugs in their stolen car.

If they were smart enough to make a better decision, they probably wouldn't have been in a stolen car, with drugs, dressed like women, in the first place.

They were transvestite hookers that stole the SUV from some old guy they picked up and took them to a hotel where they waited until the old dude went to the bathroom and took the SUV.  They were probably afraid that the NSA gate guard would call the police on them.  Obviously these were your hardcore transvestite hookers, not your run of the mill storchita kind of transvestite.

The thing about the ramps off to NSA is that they look really normal.  They just look like any regular turn off, expect the signs say to NSA.  And once on them, at least the entrances that I know of, you have no choice but to drive up to the guard station for the turn around.

Given the troubled nature of the two guys driving the stolen SUV, I could see this happening.
