I highly suggest that anyone who is considering doing business with him do some investigation into who TD is, his past claims (both here and other boards), his customer service history, and his overall past.  I truly wish I had prior to dealing with him.

Here we are again. Do I have a record yes, do you know the exact details, no. As far as you dissatisfaction, I tried and tried working with you. You complained to the BBB who investigated your clams, I showed them all the correspondence between you and I, the correspondence between myself and the video card company for the RMA etc and they found I did I could do. You also tried something with the Duluth Police Department for fraud, whom also found I did nothing wrong with their investigation. Here is the link which is also the only BBB complain ever on my business.
