Hard drive help

OK i have my new system and I have one tiny problem...
I have a 1TB WD hard drive ...plus my SSD... When I go into bios it is recognized ... when i go into the system and device manager it shows up... but when i go to the computer to store things there... it isnt there... what do I need to do to rectify this situation?????

Have you formatted it in Windows? Diskmanager is your friend, Run (windows-flag + r)-> diskmgmt.msc is the shortest way to get there in case you don't know how.
