I recently came across on old Sony Ericson phone in a drawer.
It had some film on it that I shot in 2005. I stuck all the clips together and put music to it.
In 2005 I worked for an Arab family that bought the Atkinson Morley hospital.
It was to be converted into residential flats but never happened due to planning restrictions and was later sold.
It lay derelict for a few years and suffered damage by scrap hounds nicking power cable.
I went there early one morning to open it up for an asbestos survey team and I had some time to kill
before they arrived so I went exploring the hospital.
I was the only person in the building. No power and a serious amount of crap to trip over.
The film was made with a torch and phone cam'. The music is called Groinch.
The voice you can here is my samples from an old Paul Robeson vinyl.
