Guys be nice to Jolly. Where he lives right now, taking the garbage out includes a loaded .44 and remembering to chain down the lid. Heck, he thinks a properly attired date, is a lady who brings her own hand cannon to a walk in the local park.

Jolly may have some adjustment issues to how tame things are in Aces High......... :O

Welcome back!!  I flew around basically as cannon fodder when I first started playing.  I ran into Jolly and he spent time showing me some basics of flying and how the game works.  He likes to fight and has a good attitude.  He's the kind of player thats great to fly with or against.

I met Jolly at an Air Show in San Diego a few years back.  We were downtown later that evening having a few drinks when we suddenly heard a commotion outside.  As he and I rushed out the door we could clearly hear a couple of women screaming as they were being attacked by several thugs in full Ninja attire,  Unfortunately I tripped clearing the doorway and fell hard just as I saw Jolly leap completely over a Cadillac Escalade and land in the middle of all 3 assailants.  He had all 3 subdued before I could even get up.  The 2 ladies were nuns from a local convent and were very thankful that Jolly had saved their respectability.

That is the kind of man we are dealing with here.  Congratulations to the Pigs for recruiting such a fine upstanding example of a human being.  JG11 did everything possible to bring Jolly into our group but alas, all was naught.

He returned back to us a little over a week ago, and in light of his unlimited awesomeness, it's clear we have a winner. He's a skilled pilot and all-around nice guy. He's even in the process of making a beginners guide to awesomeness and showing the tactics needed to succeed and be awesome - stand by for those training videos (which have some funny fights in them).

But seriously, he's all about training  and upping the competition here. He's a solid pilot and welcomed addition to The Pigs On The Wing.

-=S=- and welcome home, Jolly.

Given some of the “parallels” in this thread, I imagine at some point it will be said that this “new” pilot also flies fighters for the CIA in real life and at one point had to emergency-land his aircraft in Annapolis after suffering an in-flight scorpion sting, whereupon he was made an honorary USNA Midshipman and immediately deployed to a Seal Team mission during which he single-handedly used his wrestling skills to put all Isis leadership into submission holds, thus ending their reign of terror; only to later have all this refuted by skeptical members of the AH community who reveal that he is in fact actually an unemployed high school drop-out with mild Aspergers and little-to-no self-awareness that causes him to chest-beat in an online forum and ultimately manipulate the code of an online game to temporarily satisfy his need for attention.

“We all know how this ends.”

 ;)

p.s. In all seriousness, welcome back Jolly.  And indeed, well played Waystin sir. <S>

That sounds like some SEAL stuff right there.   :rock

In all honesty, he does live where bears make it necessary to carry a hand cannon. And his new love interest has her own. And he does have to check his garbage cans for bears just to take the garbage out. As for the CIA and all that nonsense. I believe Jolly works for the Coast Guard somewhere in Alaska.

I heard Jolly is well known where he lives.  They even renamed a street after him.  They had to change it back because nobody crosses Jolly and lives.

He has a Bear rug in his bedroom.  Its not dead, its just afraid to move.

He once battled Superman.  The loser had to start wearing his underwear on the outside of his pants.

Probably to busy finishing his "Most Modest Pilot" trophy, which he will undoubtedly awarded to himself.
