I remember a match, probably the 70s or early 80s where a match involving Don Muraco got personal. He clocked a guy dead under the chin and you saw his eyes roll up, sorta like when mike Tyson hit someone. I'm sure especially with the old school guys, if you didn't play by the "rules" they let you know.
Flight Leader: "Bogeys at 2 o'clock!"
Wingman: "Roger, It's 1:30 now, what do I do 'til then?"
