Looking for a Squad
« on: March 14, 2015, 11:20:18 PM »
Taking another run at Aces High after being away several years. Played a ton up until about 2006 then life needed attention so I had to accept an honorable discharge. Flew with the Cactus Air Force who are, alas, no longer in existence. (Hence the handle) Still very rusty and figuring out all the stuff that has changed so looking for squad I can learn with that has good teamwork, likes to do organized events and missions and doesn't treat the game too seriously and lose their minds if someone makes a mistake. I used to love flying scenarios and am pretty good about making squad nights and being on at least a couple nights a week. Was always Rook back in the day but open to wherever the squad flies. Much prefer working with others to just wandering around the map flying solo.

111 Black Arrows has just formed. We will be flying FSO on a regular basis and we are set to fly Mossies in the upcoming event "Target for Today". Check our recruitment thread and see what you think, or PM me over in Rook Land if you see me on.

49th FG is a team oriented squadron that does it all!! literally buff raids, jabo runs, escorts, GV missions, CV missions, we even drive to HQs/strats in GVs. On squad night we do what we call round robin. We go down the list in the vox and the person up choses the plane, load out and target. ie. 49Baller would do a fighter sweep in a G14 and after that 49Boob (my self would be up next) Typically jabo 38s or slicks, then the next name so on and so forth.

Vox 149 currently flying as rooks feel free to swing by theres always somebody on. 49Merlin is our CO just let them know you are looking for a squad. We are a very close nit group hope to see you on channel <S> 49Boob
