While skins are still downloading, they often appear in red in the drop down list. The red means they can't be used but the system has recognized there should/is to be a skin there. You can use this to get an idea of which skins are new.
I rebuilt the HTC website out of boredom, I was messing around with how the skins page should look and I came up with this:
http://ahwebnewv1.weebly.com/skins.htmlNow that it's been brought up, having a section at the top for "newly released skins" would be a benefit. Of course I can't make HTC adopt this system, but since it's my project I can mess around with it to see what people like and don't like.
My last of my classes are this week, someone send me a PM on Friday as a reminder and I'll see what I can come up with. I would also like to add some skins from other skinners so it doesn't look like I'm showboating...
