Go out to Turbosquid and look around in the prop plane area to see a common issue across the professional 3D models, detailed cockpits. Then see if you can find as many interior photos for this aircraft as you can. After looking around at turbosquid, I'm not sure why we don't have the Whirlwind, at least one of the 3D models comes with a detailed cockpit. If I remember correctly it's another 3D offering of the Whirlwind without a detailed cockpit that has a detailed exterior. So it can get expensive in that case to have the best of both conditions. For all I know you might be duplicating an effort already performed by HTC for this aircraft. Turbosquid also has a CAC Boomerang 3D model, I tried to provide a large amount of interior photos for that to Waffle along with the unique gunsight made in Australia. I was on photobucket back then so, they may be empty inserts in that old post by now.
