ALLIED side BIG <S> in Frame 3
« on: June 20, 2015, 12:37:20 AM »
From a quick look at the Frame 3 logs its looking good for us.  Nothing happens by itself and the plan is only good for a few minutes and then its CO's and senior guys taking charge and making it happen.  Can't say enough to anyone that supported, planned, rehearsed and just rolled with the punches <S>

Talked and coordinated with almost every squad tonight and especially those last minutes F4 changes which all executed nicely.  Cant say enough on that.

For the B5N pilots that conducted the high alt high angle torpedo attack, appreciate you working it that way.  I can plan missions but you guys execute them and the CO can change if he wants.  When it works it works great  :aok

G3MF great execution on the east side.  You guys make it easy to plan an operation.

In my little section of the fight (west side) the 3 squads involved 353rd, VF-17 and the 325th all coordinated, talked and reported.  Once again I had Lowtec set up a comm channel and pass all traffic <S> buddy you make me look good.  And pulled a coordinated attack from 3 different directions with nearly perfect execution.  Working with the other squads on operations like this makes the game worth while.  Got my bomb out on the CV and leveled the ack and then 1ping hunted me down and blasted me out of the air.  Thought Oaktree was in my rear seat, was yelling for him to shot and then found out he Disco'ed LOL.  Best 15 bucks a month anyone could spend.

The little squads (Dux, 111st and 327th) and the 412th pulled off a miracle in the west and saved the whole Task Group.  This one action probably won Frame 3 for us.

68th and AKs had their hands full in the eastern defense.  Lost the CV but no other ships, nice work guys.

And then the funny's:
Nef's landing that nearly took him off the CV edge.  I watched Nef back a plane up from the side of the CV without losing it.  Probably the best single piece of aircraft control I ever witnessed.  Then his awesome landing and lose of a wing LOL
Who was the pilot that landed the F4 and drove off the nose of the CV and got stuck body surfing a F4??  That was way to funny  :x

I had a blast tonight as the CIC.  Thanks guys <S>

Body surfer was batwing. Will likely post Black Arrows AAR tomorrow. Our little squadron was very busy.
