New .DownTime Command

I wish we had a new command to be able to see the downtime for all destroyed objects on a field/town. It would make it easier than having to check radar, town, guns, ords, ect. Instead just use .dt f47all

+1 or just right click on a field and it will pop up a list of all the DTs like the roster so your text buffer isn't popped up.
