I think the 1 minute thing is just if a plane from the field's existing country picks it up, to stop him hiding it.

I'm assuming there will be a speed limit as otherwise there would be non-stop one man field captures all the time. If so, it would need to be set slow enough to give someone time to catch a sneak thief without having to up a 262. Possibly it would be an adjustable arena setting, set to a lower figure for the early war than the late war.

They could also add some extra drag to your plane if you are towing a pennant.

 Actually i think we should have to land our plane beside the flag and run out and grab it,jump back in our plane "wich then turns a certain color for identification" take off and head home.  :devil
