Do town buildings count toward score?  (i.e. "All Other = 3 pts")

I noticed that too SCCA.  I don't know but I certainly hope not.  I was also saddened that hitting those might give you a mention for most objects destroyed.

They do because there was nothing in the writeup that says contrary and I can't change it now.

Okay, I'll be the one to say it.  Carpet bombing a town takes less skill than dropping a hanger with limited bombs.

Second.  Let's make this simple.  The default rule should be "no score for town objects".  Only exceptions need be called out in the write ups.

One of my guys dumped some bombs on a town as he had nothing left to hit at the field.  More than happy for that to be wiped from the scores.  He only asked if it was ok after he dropped and was told "no don't do it".  Always better to ask after you do it right?  :)
I get really really tired of selective realism disguised as a desire to make bombers easier to kill.

Also...

Not complaining.  Just pointing this out.

Allied defended a large and medium field in frame 2 but only assigned to attack 2 small fields.  So the potential hangers would give axis more points (which clearly happened in frame 2).

Yes that can happen...the terrains do not have even targets (type, distances ect) so its common that one side might have an advantage in targets. Also we try and assign different targets each frame to make things interesting. I do try to make sure that over 3 frames its evened up for the most part.
