Country specific terrain textures

I would like to see terrain textures tied to HQ, so we could have Northwest US, Tropical, and perhaps glacial/winter all at the same time. Fixed in position on the maps would work, because the different countries change ownership with time. It would give us the chance to try out the effectiveness of different camouflage skins.

Different camouflage skins work really well in the AvA, but that's because there are no icons.  Won't work quite as well when you're dragging a 32 ft tall neon sign around with you in the MA.

Except for GVs. You're about to find out how hard it is to land in AH3.
