I wish to offer a sincere apology.
« on: July 31, 2015, 10:02:58 PM »
I have developed a habit lately…. When logging in, and on my way to the late war arena… I check the numbers in the early war arena.  If there is a single player, or maybe just two…  I join the arena and see what those players are up to.

If they are milkrunning, I do my best to mix it up with them just a little... I’ll up in a manned gun at a base that is being attacked. Or if they are hitting Strats, I will try to hunt them down in a fighter.

I will then often tell them exactly where I am…  Should there be no response, I will announce that I am going to fly inverted just over their base, so they can man a field gun and get a free kill. (And I will do it.) I may then takeoff in a Kate, make public my position, and broadcast that I have no forward firing guns…  Announcing, “Come get me!”… In my mind, I’m just trying to have a little fun and lighten things up.

I did all of those tonight, and the other player just responded, “I’ve had a bad day at work.” And logged off.

That was never my intent!

As someone who has many… MANY… bad days at work,  I wish to offer my sincerest apology.

I often play the game to relax, and I did not give you the same courtesy…. And for that I am sorry.

:salute  Both for what you were trying to do, and for offering the explanation and apology.

I really don't see where an explanation & apology are warranted, but  :salute for your effort.

I'm certain this'll wind up with a forum violation lock/ban/delete, but I gotta tell
you Wizzy, you're about the stupidest individual I've ever seen post in/on an internet
forum in thirty years or so.

 :D

THAT is funny.

The simple fact is, though, if you go down by the hands of something with training wheels, obviously one must train a little harder and learn to beat them.  I am actually training my 13 year old.  His first plane was a Hellcat.  Now, when I try to put him in a trainer, he doesn't like it.  They boy likes his Kitty!!!

YEAH!!!
