A much needed "good ending" to hostage-taking drama

Once in a while stories such as this happen.  I remember one, (was it a year ago?), that I think was the carbon copy of the story here in WV.

Was about a half-hour from me, next county over.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!
