Its been rough the last year or so, with 3 girl friends, to get into the game on Sat nights! But, one of the "lovely's" bolted from the flock this week, so for the first time in a while, I entered the MLW arena to do battle with the dreaded "red" guys. One mission we had about 20 B-17's and several hvy fighters and we tried to take the measure of A53, but alias, there was a CV close by, which was quickly dispatched to Davy Jones locker.
A great time was had by all, even with the insertion by the bad guys of a couple of 262's. But wait, out of all those bombers, someone missed a fighter hangar? Now the fight was like a "rolling" bee hive over the town and no amount of skill and daring by our guys, were we able to catch the flag and take it to Rookland!
While this is a tongue in cheek description of what happened on one mission, we did run several with successful endings! So, from now on, on Sat nights, beginning around 7PM, EST time, you low life's who keep attacking our "motherland", look out, we are going to do battle!
Now, unless that cute thing I winked at in the grocery store yesterday follows me home some Sat, the Devil Dogs will strike fear in the enemy's hearts as our cloud of 17's will fly through "hails" of bullets, just to shut down your houses of "ill repute" and plant a flag of Rookland on your front yard!
