But, the new Blue class A looks really great

Note the unit patch position.  Very cool.

Been like that for a few years now.  I like em, but having your Division's patch in color on your shoulder(s) always made you feel good.

But it's official retirement date was 1 Oct

Check out this article from USA TODAY:

That was my first thought. Marine uniforms are the best anyway.

Nah. The USAF uniforms look like the US Army uniforms.  Read up.   :aok

I too would have thought that the army would have stuck with green, but there is something to be said for tradition. I like the US Army using blue.  Perhaps the USAF can move to a different shade of blue, perhaps lighter? If the army uses dark blue (navy blue), then perhaps the air force can use a more royal or lighter blue?

Oh well... Im sure it will all work out fine.   ;)

Reminds me more of a Bond villain's private army.

Still, on the plus side, we can go to war with Germany again now cos you lot won't be showing up (late as usual) with sexy green uniforms that our wimmin seem to like so much.

Cognitive dissonance... I feel like I'm looking at USAF personnel. That may sound a little "civilian" but that was my first impression.
