19th Bombardment Group here.
We were flying every weekend until numbers dropped off. Have about 4-5 guys remaining that log in and out at random. We fly them all....... TBM's to B-29's. Often we enjoy grabbing alt in the medium bombers, getting fast and dropping several towns. Always looking to drop a enemy CV by patrol or radio contact. This is traditionally a long range squadron, but that does not restrict us from dive bombing Stukas or taking 17's into action at just 10K guns at the ready. If you like flying several of the buses, then we would be a good fit. The only obstacle is getting these guys away from their old ladies on the weekends. FRI & SAT evening is when the most numbers show and as such delivers the best action pending a decent bombing map is up. What is your schedule?
