I have that exact book icepac.  Old girlfriend gave it to me.

So ISIS is attacking the countries that are attacking with airstrikes.  The Russians had an airliner blown up.  France had multiple shootings.  The UK and U.S. are next.  I hope this doesn't have anything to do with it, but a national guard armory was broken into overnight here in the U.S. and weapons were stolen.
Currently ignoring Vraciu as he is a whoopeeed retard.

The book itself isn't an issue.

It's only a problem if it's the only book/guide/teaching the people receive.

That said, there really isn't any one book that gives you all you need to know.

There is one book that does come close.
