Zack, maybe I'm misunderstanding you but I don't think we have ever been
at war with Cuba... We just sponsored a takeover of Cuba! (CIA)

more of a "attempted reconciliation" considering america was the party that earned cuba freedom from spanish colonialism.  :old:
