I heard the winners in Tenn. are going to keep their jobs and stay in the same house..... Ya right....
A friend won 6 mil back in the late 70's,we worked at Ford and he took a leave but wanted to keep his job just in case.....
He had to hide for about a year,everyone kept asking for money,they even brought a 40 ft sail boat to his house hoping he would impulse buy it!
After about a year he came out of hiding and finally quit his job,then the divorce came and well he went off the rails,he passed away a couple years ago from over indulgence and a bad ticker..... I guess the stress of it all got to him!
He had never had money and once he got it he didnt know how to handle it and wouldnt trust anyone to look after it for him. His winnings grew fast because of 15%+ interest rates at the time but in the end he paid the price!
Be careful what you ask for you just might get it!!!
