I got a low memory notice in game

I don't remember the exact wording, but in orange text it said my video memory was low, and to help I could reduce graphics and alias and other stuff. 

Do I just have a low end video card or what?  I don't have a clue.

Send the DXDIAG output to us and we can make a recommendation as to how the game should be configured for the video card your computer has.

I get that message once in awhile after coming back from being disconnected in-flight.
