It looks like at the back instead of a tailwheel it just has like a very large pencil..

Yes.  BMS 4.33 has that I think - your pilot's head is connected to your view, so wherever you look, his head turns in that direction, and someone in an a/c next to your can see that.

WT has very cool pilot head movements - I've seen it in cinematics by Haeichi.   The pilots look down at the instrument panel, then scan out the windows.  Gunners heads also scan the sky.  Very realistic-looking feature for cinematics.

In the WW1 plane set the pilot's head moves with the ailerons and elevator which we'd also like to see in films.  :D
