Turn off ENY in EW and MW

The title says it all. A group of us were populating the EW arena tonight and when 2 people joined the third country to go about their business, ENY hit 25... There's no need for it as we werent anywhere near the 2.  Thanks!

Those arenas are dustballs where people go to avoid each other. ENY is pointless in there.

PERKS are pointless in there. That's why they avoid each other, they only want perks and score.

I really could care less if a guy gets a 5x perk multiplier against a shed while we are all in there, but as we arent attacking the third country there is no need to make it "fair" for the ignored country by leaving ENY on.
