BTW has anyone mentioned yet that there'll be a rolling Single Malt Tasting? To be qualified as a participant you'll have to bring enough Scotch Single Malt for the rest of the tasters and have a glass that can deliver the finesses of the almost-holy Spirits to your taste buds.  :cheers:

The sausage factory is on the run! For the friday night I´m preparing about 10 lbs fresh "Bratwurst" made of pork, deer, beer, onion and garlic, pepper, chilli and some secret components :devil
As side dish will be served "Sauerkraut" and "Bratkartoffel". And, a whole truckload of beer, of course!
