I want it.  Would be a good complement to Ki-67 and moss 16.

It would be interesting but would it be used all that much?  It's got a rather small payload, most fighter bombers carried more and it's only real strength is its ability to fly at high altitudes.

Most likely no but it has bigger bomb load than the Ki-67 and can compensate it lack of defensive armament with altitude. In that case its good with a small bomb load, we dont need another "B-29" that can destroy half a country...
Its a bit sad that people are too focused on having a massive bomb load. Against most target a set of bombers with 100kg/250lbs bombs can be very effective.  Ki-67:s can destroy ~30-35% of a factory w 8x100 kg bomb load.
