Reup Delays? DeathTimeMinutes

I was wondering if the game tracks a player's last ride the way the Hanger sorts Fighters/Bombers/Attack/Vehicle/Boat? The disco routine maybe?

In an event, if a player in a Fighter gets shot down and the reup delay DeathTimeMinutes is set, he's stuck and may leave.
But if there were GVs or Bomber alternatives, or visa versa, he'd be more likely to stay until his reup delay expired, and might keep having fun in the new ride.

I can't imagine that the current DeathTimeMinutes setting is used.
Easy in-game again.

I dont gv or bomb.  so if you were to mess with my pony.  I would definitely leave.  and so will a bunch of other people.

It was used in some scenario/ special events.
