Nvidia Drivers 364.47 may cause problems

NVidia has already released drivers to fix the problem.

There is no rhyme or reason to the driver numbers either. We were at 362.00 and now here we are at 364.51 of all things.

EDIT: This remains a problem under Windows 10.

Driver installation will fail if GeForce Experience is a selected component and the system is either in safe mode or without a network connection.

The fix is to boot normally into Windows and run the Express mode from the Desktop, and then rebooting upon completion.
