2 things, what in game setting are you using?

There is an issue with the beta (beta patch 13) that effects cards with less then a GB of dedicated ram on their video cards that may cause the low FR. HTC is working on it

The 560ti is a bit slower than Hitech's GTX 660 card, but you are further handicapped with only 1GB of dedicated video RAM.

A couple of simple tweaks should get you some frame rate back.

In Video Settings:
Make sure the "Maximum Texture Size" is 2048. or less.

In then game under Options->Graphic Details
Make sure the "Environment Map" slider is set to None.
Check "Disable Post Lighting" and "Disable Shadows"

See what that does for you.  Play with the options until you get the frame rate you want.

All that said, keep in mind the current Beta 13 release does have a video card memory issue which is causing a lot more memory to be used than it should be.

GeForce GTX 560 TI

PCIE - 2.0
GDDR5 - 1G
Data Paths - 256bit
Band Width - 128.7 or 156 Gbyte\sec.
Shaders - 384 or 448

It may be your number of shaders.

I tested with a Radeon HD 6770 SC 1G and in 1024 texture mode stayed 40-60 FPS with the defaults on.

HD 6770 SC

PCIE - 2.0
GDDR5 - 1G
Data Paths - 128bit
Band Width - 80 Gbyte\sec.
Shaders - 800
bustr - POTW 1st Wing

This is like the old joke that voters are harsher to their beer brewer if he has an outage, than their politicians after raising their taxes. Death and taxes are certain but, fun and sex is only now.

Also big issue with shadows at the moment, turn them off on a 1 gig card until next patch.

The shadows are what are causing the more vid mem this version I had increased the resolution for testing and forgot to set them back.

Just wondering how far is the ground loaded at the highest detail levels?

-other planes ?
-other vehicles ?
-ground objects?
