add dead band to your pitch and yaw settings......
also, take note of when the numbers next to your axis are moving up and down or staying steady when joystick is centered
are you sure you calibrated properly? as stated above the joystick axis numbers should be holding steady
if all else fails, you can try this small free application called DiView.exe I use it all the time and gives me fine tuning for all input devices
